The Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand has issued regulations limiting the grounds for airlines to refuse to carry passengers in order to protect the rights of passengers, effective 19 February 2025.
Today (23 January 2025), reporters reported that the Civil Aviation Board (CAB), chaired by Mr. Suriya Juangroongruangkit, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport, issued Civil Aviation Board Regulation No. 104 on refusing to carry passengers, which will be effective from 19 February. สล็อต
